bfast : 1 kuih seri muka + water
lunch: chicken+fried fish+vege+teh tarik
tea: 5 cookies + water
dinner: carrot+tomato+ biscuit + coffee + water
hmmh... kuih seri muka, cookies, biscuit = carbs
water consumption = nearly 2litre
u can do better than that dear... chaiyok !!!
