I've been meaning to start keeping records about my weight about... a few years now ...hahahha...ok...lets dont waste anymore time shall we ???
I am 5'6"" tall and weight 60kg... my thats probably the first time i gave out my real weight...(thats also becoz probably I would be the only person reading this blog anyway.. haha)
and I have a big event in about 2 weeks time..and I need to loose about 5kgs in 2 weeks...yeah...i know...so last minute right??? well, thats just me...always last minute... :)
ok..now I need to atleast start eating right, hydrate myself well and stay away from fatty foods..
so, lets plan my next 2 weeks meal ...and lets see how many kg i can actually shed within 2 weeks...
I'm planning to eat only vege, fruits, oat and plain water for 2 weeks...so here goes...
Weekdays
Bfast - Oat with honey / 2 half-boiled eggs + tea / coffee / orange juice
lunch - fruits (banana+pineapple+guava)
dinner - carrot / tomato + chili sauce
Weekends
Bfast - scrabble eggs + coffee
lunch - carrots / tomato + chili sauce / mayonaisse
dinner - carrots
